1. Services
We provide professional photography services including, but not limited to:
- Portrait photography
- Event photography
- Commercial photography
- Outdoor and lifestyle photography
All services are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and/or deposit.
2. Booking & Payment
- A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking
- Payments are processed securely through Square or other approved methods
- Final payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or contract
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services or withholding of deliverables
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the agreement
- Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and reasonable notice
- Weather-related rescheduling (for outdoor sessions) will be accommodated when possible
4. Delivery of Images
Turnaround time will be communicated at the time of booking
Images are typically delivered via online gallery
Final edited images are included; RAW files are not provided unless otherwise agreed
We reserve the right to select and edit images at our discretion
5. Copyright & Usage
- All images remain the copyright of Ohio Outside LLC DBA Mark Gorman Photography
- Clients receive a limited license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use
- Images may not be resold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission
6. Model Release & Promotional Use
- We may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing (including platforms like Instagram)
- If you prefer your images not be used, you must notify us in writing prior to your session
- Additional model release agreements may be required for commercial work
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Communicate clearly regarding expectations
- Obtain any necessary permits or permissions for locations (unless otherwise agreed)
- Ensure cooperation of all participants during the session
We are not responsible for missed shots due to lack of cooperation or lateness.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (weather, illness, equipment failure, emergencies)
- In the unlikely event of total failure to deliver services, liability is limited to the amount paid
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use content without permission
- Attempt to harm, hack, or disrupt the website
- Submit false or misleading information
We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.
10. Third-Party Services
