I’m Mark Gorman, a professional photographer, marketer, and storyteller based in Hudson, Ohio. I’m drawn to authentic, high-energy moments—on the field, on the trail, on the road, and anywhere the light gets interesting.
As editor and photographer for Under Blue magazine, I document sports, travel, gear, and outdoor stories with a natural, cinematic style. My work focuses on movement, emotion, and atmosphere—the split second that turns an ordinary scene into something unforgettable.
My background is rooted in outdoor adventure, which shapes the way I shoot. I photograph sports with an eye for intensity and grit, travel with a sense of place, and portraits that feel genuine rather than overly staged. Whether I’m tracking fast-paced competition, exploring remote landscapes, or working one-on-one with a client, my approach is the same: stay present, move with the moment, and let the story unfold.
When I’m not behind the camera or watching my daughter play soccer, I’m usually working out, trail running, mountain biking, skiing, traveling, or overlanding. Living the lifestyle I photograph gives me a stronger connection to the places, people, products, and moments I capture.
